The Independent Behavior Analyst Alliance (IBAA), is a collaborative network of professionals dedicated to advancing the science and practice of behavior analysis. Our mission is to promote ethical, evidence-based behavioral practices across diverse settings through advocacy, education, research, and professional development. By uniting behavior analysts from various disciplines and regions, we strive to elevate the standards of care, support public understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA), and influence policy to enhance access to quality behavioral services.The Alliance will empower Behavior Analyst who are looking for autonomy of their cases and who are not a good fit for private equity companies that are reducing ethical standards in order to make a profit.

Through regular meetings, supervision, workshops, curriculum programs, peer collaboration, and outreach initiatives, the Alliance fosters a vibrant community of independent practitioners and students who are dedicated to providing excellent applied behavior analysis services and dedicated to helping other independent behavior analysts. We are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the field, ensuring that our work benefits all individuals, particularly those with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and behavioral challenges.
